The Joyful Brush Membership/Subscription Terms
As a member, you are paying for access to our classroom on our website. You will have access to all lessons for as long as your account is active - lessons do not expire. You may pause or cancel at any time.
If you cancel early, you can continue to access all your lessons until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you restart your account. To see when your account will close if you cancel, click the My Subscriptions link on your Account page. The “Next Payment Date” is when your account will close. There are no refunds (prorated or full) for cancelled memberships. If you cancel and then rejoin in the future, you’ll start at the beginning from lesson one, so we always recommend pausing (suspending) if you're unsure.
Pausing your account will immediately suspend your billing, and you will not be able to access the Joyful Brush Lessons already in your account while it is paused. Reactivating after pausing your account will allow you to pick up where you left off, in lessons and in your billing cycle. Pausing for more than 6 months will result in your account being closed. Members may pause up to four times per year. You will have access to your lessons as long as your subscription remains active and open. A new lesson will appear in your account once a month.
