
SUPPLIES
If you’re just starting with acrylics, size 2 fl. oz tubes (or thereabouts) are fine. I prefer the heavy body acrylics (buy here). Use a fine mister spray bottle and a Sta-wet palette with sponge and acrylic palette paper inserts. I use mostly Golden Artist Colors, but any professional brand of acrylic paint is fine. You may use extenders or mediums with acrylics. I use a fine mist spray bottle of water. Occasionally I will pre-treat the surface of the canvas or panel with Neutral Gray N7 or N8 by Golden.
