It is the painters of color who hold in their hands the destiny of light” ~ Yves Bonefoy

Nancy is a master signature artist and instructor with over 1500 online students from around the world. She has worked with Disney, served on the art faculty of the Dallas Arboretum, and teaches workshops in France, Italy and across the US.

I never dreamed being a painter and a teacher meant I'd be able to see the world. To paint, to be an artist, is a blessing. You are sharing, living, and existing to create - and that is a very positive thing. If there was one message I would share with my students, it is to honor your art journey, and never to discount yourself as a hobbyist. Imagine what the world would be like if it were filled with creative souls like you. What a wonderful world it would be.
When I quit my corporate job as the director of a national magazine
to become a full time artist and art teacher, I never dreamed how much my life was about to change. One morning I had an epiphany: Life is too short not to follow your bliss.
Every day I wake up and my heart surges with happiness. Yes I am an artist. Yes, this is what I do for a living. Yes, I am a lucky girl. Thank you to each of you who has walked with me on this path. Whatever your tomorrow brings, may it be filled with color!
